Slice the onion into thin slices and dump into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add 1 cup tap-hot water, the BTB, and the seasonings, and then stack in the four frozen pork chops. Drizzle olive oil over top.

Close the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 to 10 minutes, then do a quick release. Enjoy!

You will likely want a bit more salt while eating this but you don't want to oversalt, so wait to add more salt til table.
